Current job list:

• Clean, inspect and grease all brake operating rods and cables
• Rebuild or replace brake wheel cylinders
• Replace all flexible brake hoses
• Strip, clean, inspect and rebuild all wheel cylinders, clean and re-pack bearings in new grease
• Rebuild or replace brake master cylinder
• Fill brake system, bleed and adjust
• Test brake lamp
• Open drain valve in fuel tank, collect and dispose of anything inside
• Check to see how fuel is passed from the tank to the copper fuel pipes - replace any seals
• Replace rubber seal in fuel filler cap
• Replace rubber seal in radiator cap
• Replace underbonnet rubber coolant hoses
• Replace core plugs in manifold side of engine
• Drain engine oil, remove sump and clean out, refit with new gasket
• Fill coolant circuit and check for leaks
• Replace fan belt
• Rebuild fuel pump with new seal - (done 22nd Oct 08)
• Replace flexible fuel hose between body and fuel pump
• Fit additional fuel filter before pump
• Replace NSF wing to inner wing body stay
• Check, clean and grease all front suspension joints and components
• Check, clean and grease all rear suspension components
• Replace HT leads
• Get feeler gauge and set points correctly
• Replace tyres
• Replace rear side lamp rubber bases
• Replace number plate / brake lamp (pork pie)
• Source and replace front bumper
• Service trafficators and make good, consider fitting flashing amber indicators
• Rewire whole car
• Check and repair any faulty lamps
• Verify correct operation of foot switch for headlamp dip
• Repair horn
• Fabricate panels to replace lower rear corners of floor to valance area (likely to be within the prescribed area of suspension mountings for MOT)
• Diagnose and repair windscreen wipers, fit new blades
• Once running check dynamo then service and adjust charging controller / regulator
• Replace battery with correct item
• Replace missing wheel nuts
• Straighten and weld up split in NSF wing
• Buy / fabricate new exhaust
